3 BEAUTY BOOSTING TONICS

 As soon as you wake, start your day with some delicious self love and good intention. Boost your natural beauty with these 3 light and easy Wellness Tonics. These nutrient packed drinks will cool, recharge and breathe life into your day.

Cherry Beauty

acerola tonic

Packed with Vitamin C & A this youth prolonging drink has a wonderful Citrus Vanilla flavour, aids your body in tissue renewal, immunity, mood and energy!

INGREDIENTS
1 Litre Filtered Water
2 Teaspoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon or Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Camu Camu Berry Powder
Teaspoon Acerola Cherry Powder
1 Teaspoon MSM 
1 Teaspoon Organic Stevia Extract Powder (or to taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
3 drops Organic Orange Extract Liquid (or 1 Drop Food Grade Orange Essential Oil)
Ice

METHOD
Blend on high in a high-speed blender for 15 seconds, let the foam dissolve for 3 minutes and serve on ice.


Turmeric Tonic

Add a little zing to your morning with this spicy, cleansing and invigorating wellness tonic! This “superdrink” has vitamin C, is high in electrolytes, high in anti-inflammatory properties with addition vitamin K &  Iron. It’s enough to make you jump in the air and scream “yeah baby, I feel great!”

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Coconut Water
1 Cup Cold Water
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 Tablespoon Ginger (peeled and grated)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup 
Ice

METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until maple has dissolved. Pour the tonic through a strainer into another bowl. Stir and divide the tonic between two glasses. Top with ice cubes and serve very cold.

Moringa Iced Latte

Swap your morning coffee for a nutrient packed moringa latte. Full of vitamins & minerals that help with energy release, this delicious drink will leave you feeling focused all morning – without the caffeine crash! Try it iced in the summer and steaming hot in the winter.

INGREDIENTS
1 Teaspoon Moringa Powder
1 Teaspoon Matcha Powder
3 Tablespoon hot water
1 Cup Almond mylk (or your favourite mylk)
1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
Pinch of Vanilla Powder (optional)
Ice

METHOD
Whisk together Moringa Powder & Matcha Powder in hot water in a glass until smooth. Add the maple syrup and vanilla powder (if using) and stir to combine. Add ice to your glass and pour the almond milk over the top.
