All domestic orders within Australia over $65 are FREE standard shipping.
All domestic orders within Australia under $65 are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.
Express shipping for all domestic orders within Australia are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.
Standard shipping for international orders will vary based on value, weight and location.
Delivery time after processing:
Domestic orders are fulfilled through Australia Post. This has an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days.
Express Post orders have an estimated time of 1-2 business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.
We ship internationally! The cost is calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

If requested, we will cancel an order before it has been processed. If your order has already entered the dispatch process we are unable to cancel order and it will be necessary to arrange a return.
Retreatment Botanics will accept returns on orders damaged during shipping. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be included in the return, and the return must be completed within 7 days of original receipt of goods.
We will accept returns on all unopened/unused items if returned within 7 days of delivery minus the shipping costs. Products must arrive back to us in original undamaged packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be included in the return, and the return must be completed within 7 days of original receipt of goods.
Regrettably, we can not accept returns on opened/used items unless the item is faulty or defective.
