Black Friday Promotion

With an overwhelming amount of orders, we are expecting some slight delays in dispatching orders. We are working around the clock to get orders sent out but please allow up to 5 days processing before we dispatch your order. Please also be mindful that Australia Post may have their own delivery delays as it's a busy time for their network, and we will not be held responsible for any delays incurred by Australia Post.

 

Christmas Cut-Off Dates

To ensure you receive your skincare in time for Christmas, please place your order before the below dates. Australia Post cannot guarantee pre-christmas delivery for orders dispatched after these cut-off dates.

Australian Shipping:
Standard - Orders placed by Tuesday 17th December*
Express - Orders placed by Thursday 19th December*
*Please add an additional 5 days for delivery to WA and NT.

International Shipping:

Standard - Orders placed by Friday 6th December 
Express - Orders placed by Tuesday 10th December 

UK
Standard - Orders placed by Monday 2nd December 
Express - Orders placed by Friday 6th December 

NZ

Shipping

Upon order placement, you will receive an order confirmation to the email provided. You will also receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We aim to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days processing before shipment.

Shipping Costs:

All domestic orders within Australia over $99 receive FREE standard shipping.

All domestic orders within Australia under $99 are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Express shipping for all domestic orders within Australia are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Standard shipping for international orders will vary based on value, weight and location.

 

Delivery time after processing:

Domestic orders are fulfilled through Australia Post. This has an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days. 

Express Post orders have an estimated time of 1-2 business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally! The cost is calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Please check with your local customs in regard to any fees or regulations relating to our products which we do not cover. 

Order cancellation:

If requested, we will cancel an order before it has been processed. If your order has already entered the dispatch process we are unable to cancel order and it will be necessary to arrange a return.
