We aim to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days processing before shipment.

Domestic orders are fulfilled through Australia Post. This has an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days.

Express Post orders have an estimated time of 1-2 business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.

Retreatment Botanics will accept returns on orders damaged during shipping. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be included in the return, and the return must be completed within 7 days of original receipt of goods. 

We will accept returns on all unopened/unused items if returned within 7 days of delivery minus the shipping costs. Products must arrive back to us in original undamaged packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be included in the return, and the return must be completed within 7 days of original receipt of goods. 

Regrettably, we can not accept returns on opened/used items unless the item is faulty or defective.

Promotional or special offer items are considered final sale.

If requested, we will cancel an order before it has been processed. If your order has already entered the despatch process we are unable to cancel order and it will be necessary to arrange a return.

Retreatment Botanics formulations do not contain any peanuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews or brazil nut-based ingredients. However, many Retreatment Botanics products do contain Australian Macadamia nut oil, Coconut and Shea Butter, which are considered part of the tree nut family. Typically, these types of nut oils do not irritate people with allergies or skin sensitivities, however we advise customers who have serious allergies or if they are concerned about nut ingredients to consult a medical professional prior to use.

We have received positive feedback from customers with sensitive skin and they frequently report their skin feels soothed and calm after using our products. As every skin is unique we always recommend patch testing before use. If you have allergies or any specific skin concerns, please read the ingredients list and consult with your medical professional before use. Our products are subtly scented with gentle essential oils and are 100% free from synthetic fragrances.

Our products feature beautiful subtle scents derived from 100% pure essential oils, avoiding all synthetic fragrances. As the essential oils used in our skincare exist in very diluted quantities, we feel they are safe to use during pregnancy, offering skin and mood enhancing benefits.

We do however always recommend consulting with a medical professional, midwife or qualified aromatherapist for personalised guidance around essential oil use and your unique pregnancy journey before using new products with essential oils.

Please note, our signature essential oil blend ‘Calm Blend’, is designed to diffuse in the air at home and we do not recommend applying directly to the skin. As this product is made from 100% undiluted essential oils we recommend first consulting with your medical professional before using during pregnancy.

Any cream-based product needs to contain a preservative to be safe and free from harmful mould, yeast, fungi and bacteria. We only use preservatives that are globally approved by COSMOS Organic, the international standard for natural and organic cosmetics.

Our products have a best before date of 2 years. After opening, please use within 6 months. To maintain freshness and protect the products' shelf life, we recommend keeping the products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We source the highest quality clean ingredients from both Australia and around the globe. We have carefully selected botanicals that contain potent, anti-ageing properties. For example, our face oil elixir Restore Serum features Australian natives Kakadu Plum, Rosella Flower and Sandalwood seed as well as Buriti Fruit from the Amazonian rainforest, a rich source of vitamin C and pro-vitamin A.

We use Jojoba Bead granules in our Refining Face Polish. Jojoba Beads are an extremely gentle yet effective exfoliant made from soft natural wax esters that are gentle for the skin. Our granules are free from plastic microbeads, biodegradable and safe for the environment.

Our products are proudly free from Palm Oil and Palm Oil Derivatives, a unique point of difference for a skincare brand. All our products are Certified Palm Oil free by the Orangutan Alliance to help protect critically endangered Orangutans and their precious rainforest habitats.

Serums contain a high concentration of active, results-focused ingredients that sink deeply into the skin. Serums quickly absorb into the skin and are best applied straight after cleansing and before moisturising. 

Moisturisers generally have a creamier consistency than serums. They hydrate and protect the skin by locking in natural moisture and helping to prevent water loss.
