Our Teams Winter Rituals

When the temperature drops and the days get slower, we lean into the season with simple rituals that bring warmth, comfort and calm. Whether it’s nourishing our skin, cooking up hearty meals, or braving the chilly mornings for an energising walk.

Our team shares the little winter moments that help them slow down, warm up and embrace the cosier side of the season…

 

TRUDI

I’ve always been someone who really goes inward during winter. I’m not a lover of the cold, so I find that simple, slow rituals help me embrace it as the quieter season. Fewer events, fewer commitments… and more space to slow down.

One thing I do like though is the relief from peri-menopausal flushes, the heat definitely exacerbates them!

My skin always needs a little extra love too, so I press in an extra drop of my Restore Serum and Ultra Rich Moisturiser... It makes such a difference for dry winter skin.

NIKKI

My favourite winter rituals always start in the kitchen. I love nothing more than slowing down on the weekend and spending hours cooking up belly-warming recipes from scratch (yes, with a few more carbs than summer!).

A comforting dessert is always on the weekend menu too… I'm loving spiced apple crumble or poached cinnamon pears. Mmmm.

My winter skin must-have: Firming Eye Cream + a NEW product I've been using, which I'm not allowed to tell you about yet!

ANNA

I love starting my weekdays with an early morning brisk walk at 6 am (weather permitting), or a pilates class. This routine warms me up and energises me for the rest of the day. On weekends, I prefer a slower start - I enjoy relaxed walks and coffee catch-ups with friends, followed by a visit to the markets. I love cooking up a storm with my fresh finds and sharing delicious meals with friends and family.

My winter skin must-have: Ageless AHA Glow Concentrate followed by Restore Serum AM + PM, and Collagen Gold Lifting Sheet Mask once a week.

 

CASS

Sunday morning pilates or a walk on the beach with my new puppy. Normally followed by coffee and breakfast with the family... At the moment I am loving haloumi, avocado and eggs on gluten free toast.

RUBY

My favourite winter ritual starts with a morning mat Pilates class to warm up my body and mind for the day. I follow it with a matcha back at home. I love a warm breakfast during Winter so I've been making porridge with cinnamon and apple. To finish the week off, we always do a hearty Sunday night roast.

My winter skin must-have: Ultra Rich Moisturiser

 

MADDY

My favourite winter ritual starts with an early morning gym class, followed by a long walk with my dog, Luna, listening to a good podcast, and a coffee in hand of course! Then heading back home to make a warm, nourishing breakfast, and spending the day with my partner and our two doggos.
