Overnight Blueberry Oats

We love foods rich in antioxidants to brighten the skin and nourish our insides.

After the holiday season, it can be hard to get back into daily rituals and be motivated to eat well so we’re sharing this delicious overnight oats recipe for your summer go-to breakfast!


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Optional toppings

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Shredded coconut


  1. Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, salt and maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir together until well combined. Fold in fresh blueberries.

  2. Transfer to two mason jars (235ml), cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. When ready, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
